Use of this website
This website is provided to give visitors information about our services and a way to request a quote. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through the quote request form.
Quotes and project engagements
A quote request submitted through this site is an enquiry, not a binding order. Actual project scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables are agreed separately in writing (a proposal, contract or statement of work) before any paid work begins. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, the content, design and branding of this website belong to Tropical Technologies. Ownership of custom software delivered to a client is governed by that client's individual contract, not by these general terms.
No warranty on website content
We keep this site reasonably up to date, but information such as project counts, service descriptions and statistics is provided for general reference and may not always reflect the most current figures. Contact us directly to confirm anything project-specific.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tropical Technologies is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Kenyan law.
